The United Soccer Coaches event cancellation insurance program also covers you in the case of reduced attendance. Each month, more than 12,000 flights are cancelled and around 150,000 result in delays. Travel plans can never be certain; preparation can always reduce your losses.

United Soccer Coaches Guard Coverages on the Policy
Physical Loss to Personal Property - $175,000 Any One Loss
Gate Registration Receipts - $150,000 Any One Loss
Remedial Action - in addition to the limit, this coverage will indemnify the insured for the cost of remedial action to assist in the successful rescheduling of an event.
Coverage Extension- to all indoor events under $100,000 budgeted Gross Revenue/Expense per event within the policy period.
Limited Terrorism Coverage - As long as the act of terrorism is within 250 miles or within 100 days of the event, the policy will cover any such loss with a limit of $1,000,000 or the policy limit, whichever is lesser.
Commitments Coverage - An additional 20% of the policy limit is automatically covered for a commitment such as a hotel commitment.
Future Marketing Expenses - coverage will apply for a covered loss any future marketing expenses up to a limit of $150,000.
Emergency Transportation of Attendees - this will provide up to $50,000 for additional expenses incurred if pre-booked transportation is unavailable to return attendees from an offsite location to the event venue.
Team Building or Recreational Event - coverage is for the lessor of 5% of the limit or $75,000 for cancellation of any team building or recreational event beyond the control of the insured.
Newly Organized or Acquired Event - Limit of $250,000 is for 90 days for any newly organized or acquired event by the insured for incidental exposures currently provided by the insurance.
